EVA edge banding hot melt adhesive is based on ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA). It includes high temperature, medium temperature and low temperature hot melt adhesives, suitable for fully automatic and manual edge banding machines. After melting, it has good feeding performance, good thermal stability, strong adhesion and strong toughness of the adhesive layer. It complies with GB/T 18583-2008, ROHS, REACH, phthalate 17P and other standards. Application: fully automatic and manual edge banding or hemming of PVC, melamine, polyester fiber, resin impregnated paper, veneer and other materials in furniture manufacturing. Base material quality: the surface of the material is free of dust and oil, and it is recommended to test the machine first. Glue coating amount: 150-220 g/m² (too high glue coating will make trimming difficult, and too low glue coating will cause degumming). Working environment temperature: between 15~35℃, and the air humidity is maintained at about 40-80%. Materials suitable for edge banding (PVC, ABS, acrylic, kraft paper, non-woven veneer, solid wood veneer, sawdust, etc.)
