Product introduction For mills, guide rollers (also known as ring rollers, guide wheels) are an integral part of the wire outlet During rolling, it must be consistent with: high hardness, good wear resistance (matching service life with high-quality bearings), good thermal conductivity, with a certain red hardness, especially high-speed wire rolling (rolling speed between 80-120 m/s). At present, the market, the guide wheel is mostly made of steel materials (especially in the domestic market), with weak wear resistance, short service life, high frequency of replacement, therefore, the scale of wire efficiency is limited. However, steel-knot carbide has obvious advantages in this respect. 2. Product application 2.155% lighter than tungsten carbide rollers, lighter than tool steel, and less than 20%, so the guide roller accelerates from standstill to 35,000 rpm without damaging bearings. 2.2 Very low coefficient of friction and self-lubrication performance, so the working part of the guide roller wear is small, the yield can be greatly improved. 2.3 The thermal expansion coefficient is close to the thermal expansion coefficient of bearing steel. When quenched hot, the bearings do not get stuck. The thermal expansion coefficients of titanium carbide and tungsten carbide carbide are very different from those of steel. Therefore, the steel junction carbide guide roller is more conducive to bearing resistance than the two carbide guide rollers. 2.4 Microstructure is titanium carbide and high chromium tool steel, with good resistance to heat fatigue. 2.5 Antioxidant, less magnetic, non-stick steel. 2.6 Annealing hardness only HRC45-48, easy to process, quenching, only a little fine grinding can be processed into finished products, processing costs are low, so the price is also low. This is also one of the main reasons why titanium carbide guide rollers are better than tungsten carbide guide rollers. 2.7 Hardness HRC62-67, good wear resistance. The service life is 8-10 times that of high-speed steel. 2.8 Absolutely dense, with almost zero pores, so it does not break when used and can be reused. 2.9 Miller MT10 is cheaper and significantly less expensive than similar products abroad.
