Dear, my name is Adam Gutierrez, and I am interested in partnering with an Acai manufacturer. I am looking for a manufacterer who is able to create a soft serve Açaí, similar to what Bob's has done in Sao Paulo. Therefore, I would supply the equipment for the soft serve, but I would need a mixture/consistency that is different from a normal Açaí sorbet shipment.
