Hello, how are you? My name is Matheus and I represent B2Brazil. Are you interested in quality lemons, produced in the countryside of São Paulo, Brazil? The whole process of production, collection and transportation is done with trained professionals and appropriate equipment to preserve the maximum quality of the lemon. Here is some information: The lemons are transported in plastic containers to the air-conditioned packing house. After that, the lemons undergo careful cleaning and electronic selection according to their size and color. Subsequently to this process, a safety interval is preserved to guarantee their quality. For the external market, after the safety process, a new classification is made and the lemons are packed in consonance with their caliber, as stated below: 60 Caliber - 49 to 50,9 mm 54 Caliber - 51 to 54,9 mm 48 Caliber - 55 to 57,9 mm 42 Caliber - 58 to 60,9 mm The lemons are packed, palletized and kept in a cold chamber at 10ºC until they are transported to the port, in containers cooled to 8 ° C, with ventilation of 15 to 20 m³ / hour and humidity control of 85% to 90%, conditions essential to ensure the quality of the product.
