Founded in 1976 by members Giuseppe Tropi Somma, Sergio Monteiro and José Monteiro, headquartered at Rua da Graca, 465 in the neighborhood of Bom Retiro in Sao Paulo.

Its initial activity was the sale of industrial sewing machines, under the management Giuseppe T.S.

From 1980 began to pay more attention to marketing parts and accessories and has been gradually expanding its investment in this sector until 1986, when it ended work with machines and gave full attention to the new industry that has accounted for 90 \% of revenues.

Cavemac quickly became the market leader in the marketing of parts and the place was becoming less and less to support a large inventory, a large influx of clients and an ever increasing number of employees.

In 1993 acquired an area of 574 m2 of land in Newton Street Prado, 333, 200 mts away from the Company and there constructed a building of 11 floors with 4,000 m2 of built area.
