Dalian New Fortune Tech Co.,Ltd. is the member and the dalian branch of Shanxi Hengyu Group.

Shanxi Hengyu Group is located in Dingxiang County of Shanxi Province which is the largest forged flange base in Asia and the largest flange export base in the world (In China 70% exported flanges are from here),our group is one of the core manufacturing enterprise.

HY Group was founded in 1992, which is the major forging enterprise that can produce various flanges and annular forgings,which could be forged as below: (1) The Annular forgings with unit weight below 20 tons, outside diameter below 6 meters (2) The flanges of various standards, specifications and materials(carbon steel and stainless steel),such as ANSI / JIS / DIN / BS standard,etc (3) According to the drawings .

The company was with the area of 150,000 sq.m., the area of factory buildings 90,000 sq.m. ,and annual production capacity of 50000 tons. Now there are more than 360 staffs in our company, among whom, there are 8 senior engineers, 20 engineers, 33 assistants and technicians. There are 3 sets Ring rolling Machine, 15 forging hammers, 46 sets large machines, 25 sets common machines and 22 sets equipments of inspection.

We have obtained ISO9001 QC Certification of TUV 2008 Edition, and we are just implementing the extreme 6SIGMA management. The group has perfect quality inspection system, in order to supply the customers the reliable products with precision quality, and we strictly follow the stipulations of the quality management system to carry out the strict quality control procedure and inspection auxiliary procedure for each production process from the materials taken into the factory to the products taken out of the factory, and we use the advanced quality management tools: APQP, PPAP, SPC, CPK, MSA, QC Flowchart, FMEA, 5S and so on, supplying zero-defective products to our customers.
