■Product Overview
The anti-wax pour point depressant is composed of EVA copolymer, solvent and surfactant, the surfactant can improve the permeability of the anti-wax pour point depressant in crude oil, so that it can be quickly dissolved in crude oil, EVA copolymer has a non-polar part that can be co-crystallized (eutectic) with wax molecules on the main chain and/or branch chain, and there is also a polar part that distorts the wax crystal form. These polymers have long molecular chains, which can form a network structure throughout the crude oil in the oil, so that the small crystal nuclei formed are in a dispersed state, cannot accumulate and grow together, and are not easy to be deposited on the surface of the tubing or sucker rod, but are easily carried away by the oil flow.

Under certain conditions, it can change the morphology and structure of wax crystals in crude oil, which is not conducive to the continuous growth of wax crystals.

■Product use
The anti-wax pour point depressant is injected from the annular space of the oil casing of the oil well into the wax section of the oil well and mixes with the oil. For the first time, a large dose (10 times the normal dosage) is used for shock dosing, and then continuous quantitative dosing is adopted (the dosage of anti-wax pour point inhibitor can be added to 2.5-5kg per ton of oil). A single-tank plunger metering pump can be used for dosing on the electric pump well, and a wellhead drip dosing pump can be used for pumping well to use the sucker rod as the power for dosing. The specific dosage depends on the cloud point, the length of the paraffin carbon chain, the content and distribution of paraffin, and is determined according to the experimental screening. After the dosing is stabilized, the working current of the pumping unit can be significantly reduced, and the pumping unit current can be kept stable and will not rise, and the hot washing cycle of the oil well can be prolonged, and the condensation point of crude oil can be reduced by more than 6 °C.
