Dear suppliers, This document refers to a request for quotation for the supply of Bitumen 60/70. For the first client, the requirement is for 5,000MT for testing, with the intention to proceed with 20,000MT monthly thereafter. For the second client, the initial requirement is for 1,000MT for testing, followed by 12,000MT monthly. The specifications for the supply are: * **Commodity:** Bitumen * **Grade:** 60/70 * **Origin:** Non-sanctioned country * **Quantity:** Client 1 - 5,000MT for testing and 20,000MT/month. Client 2 - 1,000MT for testing and 12,000MT/month. * **Delivery:** Maritime transport. * **Inspection:** SGS or equivalent. * **Packaging:** New steel drums without logos for the first client. Drum and/or Jumbo Bag for the second client. * **Destination Port:** To be mutually agreed upon. * **Payment:** Documentary letter of credit (MT700) for the first client. 100% Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for the second client. We kindly request information on product availability, unit price, and delivery time. We inform that the client may request a visit to the seller's stock/storage facilities for inspection and verification purposes, as part of the final due diligence procedures.
