This inquiry is regarding the custom design of a microlouver film for Augmented Reality (AR) applications. The film is intended to be placed directly on top of a 0.49" micro-display to limit the horizontal angle of view of the display's LED light. This is required to reduce back-reflection within the system. The specified requirements include limiting the angle of view to 10° and a louver thickness of 2.5µm or less. The louver pitch and height are to be optimized based on the application.
