This document serves as a Request for Supply Offer (RFS) for Refined Rapeseed Oil (Food Grade) under a long-term contract for delivery to China. The required quantity is 80,000 Metric Tons (MT) per Quarter, with a contract duration of 12 Months Renewable. Delivery terms are CIF Incoterms 2020 to Guangzhou Port, China, with the final inland destination being Luzhou Port, Sichuan Province, China.

Payment will be made via Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at Sight only. Suppliers unwilling or unable to accept this payment term are requested not to submit offers. Advance payments, deposits, prepayments, SBLC monetization, partial transfer, split payment, deferred payment terms, DA, DP, CAD, TT after shipment, or any alternative payment structures are not accepted.

Mandatory supplier requirements include a valid GACC Registration Number for the producer, refinery, manufacturer, exporter, or processing facility authorized to export edible oils to China. The supplier's facility must be duly registered and approved by the relevant Chinese authorities where required for importation.

Offers are invited exclusively from suppliers located in the United States of America, Canada, Brazil, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, and Member States of the European Union (EU).

Interested suppliers are requested to provide their Company Profile, Product Specification Sheet, Production Capacity Details, CIF Price Offer to Guangzhou Port, China, Origin of Product, Proposed Shipment Schedule, Export Licenses (where applicable), and Confirmation of Acceptance of LC AT SIGHT. Please also confirm your availability, pricing, and delivery time.

Preference will be given to direct producers, refineries, manufacturers, and principal exporters capable of supporting long-term contractual volumes. Intermediaries may participate only if they possess verifiable authority from the principal supplier.
