Greetings. Currently, the construction of an Agroindustrial complex in Northern Argentina is being promoted. The initial projected production is 96 tons/day for pre-cooked white corn flour, with an increase to 192 tons/day by the third year. The milling equipment and ancillary machines for the plant require that the corn grain used meets the following parameters at the exit of the silos and before the cleaning process: * Hectoliter Weight [kg/hl]: min. > 76.0 * Broken grains [%]: max 3.0 * Moisture Content [%]: between 11.5-13.5 * Total Impurities [%]: max. 3 * Fat Content [%]: max. 4 If the supply can meet these parameters, a quotation for the raw material of the grain is requested as necessary for the production process. The estimated quantity is between 4000 and 5000 tons for the first phase, doubling the amount from the third year. Three to four receptions per year are anticipated. Additionally, the construction of a plant for crispy yellow corn flakes without sugar is projected, with a required production capacity of 80 tons/day. A quotation for the supply corresponding to this line is also requested. Information on availability, prices, and delivery times would be appreciated.
