Please provide:
- Product specs: average piece weight, grade, skin-on/skinless, frozen/fresh, moisture control, defect allowances
- Origin and plant approval numbers; health and halal certificates (if available)
- Packaging: inner/outer packs, net weight per carton, palletization
- Pricing: FOB/CIF/Delivered to: Paramaribo, Suriname, currency $, minimum order quantity
- Delivery: lead time, production schedule, earliest ship date, port of loading
- Shelf life and storage requirements
- Documentation: CoA, veterinary/health cert, packing list, invoice, B/L or AWB
- Quality standards: HACCP/BRC/ISO compliance
- Payment terms: [e.g., Net 30, LC at sight], price validity period
- Samples: availability and cost
- Capacity: monthly supply volume
Our initial requirement:
