1. Product Description & Commercial Conditions

Product: Yellow GMO corn for animal feed, export grade.
Incoterms: CIF ASWP – delivery to the buyer’s designated port.
Origin: Brazil, current harvest.
Sales model: CIF.
Contract duration: 12 months.
Packaging: Bulk.
Bank guarantee: Transferable SBLC, divisible, confirmed, irrevocable, unconditional, operational and renewable — Fitch A bank or above.
Loading ports: Santos (SP), Paranaguá (PR), Ilhéus (BA).
Inspection: SGS/CCIC or equivalent, at seller’s cost; buyer may witness by agreement.
Insurance: Seller-paid, covering 110% of invoice.
Performance Bond: 2% PB after SBLC confirmation.

2. Storage & Conservation

Dry, clean and ventilated environment; humidity control; no cross-contamination; certified and sanitized vessel holds.

3. Certifications & Export Documents

Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, full laboratory tests, fumigation certificate (if required), Packing List, Commercial Invoice, full CIF shipping documents.

Sanitary standards:
Salmonella absent in 25 g; total aflatoxins ≤ 20 ppb; aflatoxin B1 ≤ 10 ppb; fumonisins ≤ 2,000 ppb.
