We present the official December quotation for Yellow GMO Corn for Human Consumption – Export Standard, issued by a strategic Brazilian supplier of FERTILPETROS, recognized among the ten largest trading companies in Brazil.

The supplier is fully authorized to export food-grade GMO corn with full operational security, traceability, commercial competitiveness and immediate shipment under the following conditions.

1. DESCRIPTION

Product: Yellow GMO Corn for Human Consumption – Export Standard

Incoterms: CIF ASWP – delivery at buyer’s designated port

Origin: Brazil – current harvest

Sales Mode: CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

Contract Duration: 12-month contracts

Packaging: Bulk

Bank Guarantee: Transferable SBLC, divisible, confirmed, unconditional, irrevocable, operational, assignable and renewable – issued by a Fitch A bank or higher

Ports of Loading: Santos, Paranaguá, Ilhéus

Inspection: SGS/CCIC or equivalent at seller’s cost. Buyer may witness upon agreement. Final binding certificates.

Insurance: 110% invoice coverage, paid by the seller.
Performance Bond: 2% Bank-to-Bank after SBLC confirmation.
