Characteristics: This product has excellent water dilution properties, low odor, and is free of toluene and xylene, meeting environmental regulations. It exhibits good stability, high-speed dispersion, resistance to acids and alkalis, and good stability under heat storage, centrifugation, and dilution. It possesses excellent film-forming properties, rapid surface drying at room temperature, and good wetting and leveling properties. When used in combination with suitable heat-stabilized pigments, fillers, or metallic powders, it can be used to formulate high-temperature resistant water-based coatings for temperatures ranging from 200 to 1000°C. After complete curing, the coating film exhibits good thermal stability, excellent weather resistance, and salt spray resistance. The fully cured film also possesses good hardness, toughness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance.
