Wildflower honey is made from the gathered nectar of various species of flowers or blossoms. This polyfloral blend of nectar produces an amazingly rich and delicate flavoured honey! It is great on its own, as a sweeter alternative to sugar, for baking and cooking. This honey takes on a darker color and a richer, bolder flavor because it is not sourced from a single plant.
