CK7525 Series Product Introduction: The CK7525 series CNC lathes adopt high-strength cast iron casting, an integral bed and base structure, inclined guideways, a through-hole spindle structure, vibration-resistant design, and a wide-range AC spindle motor. The spindle bearings and feed screws use dedicated bearings for low-noise transmission. Equipped with a multi-position turret tool post, it allows for continuous indexing and convenient tool changing. The machine tool can be configured with CNC systems such as the Japanese FANUC 0i-TF and the German Siemens 828D, and other domestic and international brands are also available as options. Product Features: 1) Adopts an "L-shaped" cast iron integral slant bed, which has high strength and good shock absorption; multiple aging treatments effectively suppress deformation and stress caused by cutting forces during machining; This series of machine tools offers both sliding guideways and rolling guideways (C series) as options. 2) The spindle assembly uses a combination of precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double-row cylindrical roller bearings, dynamically balanced to maintain high precision and rigidity. The spindle box assembly undergoes running-in testing, spindle bearing preload adjustment, and monitoring of spindle temperature rise and thermal deformation, ensuring rapid, smooth, and stable start-up and precision during long-term operation. 3) The X/Z axes use servo motors directly connected to ball screws, achieving high feed accuracy and higher machining precision. 4) In addition to program control, hydraulic chuck clamping, loosening, and hydraulic tailstock sleeve extension/retraction can all be controlled by foot switches for convenience and speed. Hydraulic pressure adjustment uses panel-type rotary knobs with dial display, ensuring safe and convenient adjustment. 5) The guide rails and ball screw pairs use centralized automatic thin oil lubrication. Each node is equipped with a quantitative oil distributor, which injects oil into each lubrication point at regular intervals and in measured quantities, ensuring uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces, effectively reducing frictional resistance, improving motion accuracy, and guaranteeing the service life of the ball screws and guide rail pairs.
