BMC-500T Product Introduction: The BMC-500T milling and turning machining center is a high-end composite machining equipment, a five-axis, four-linkage model. The B-axis adopts a 1° indexing gear locking structure, suitable for multi-angle machining of complex polyhedral parts. Product Features: 1) Five-axis, four-linkage milling machining, combining vertical and horizontal turning functions, completing the machining of precision and complex parts in a single setup, reducing workload; 2) High-rigidity box-type base and slide, high overall machine rigidity; 3) Linear axis roller guides, all three axes are equipped with a high-precision closed-loop detection feedback system, ensuring high working accuracy. 4) The milling spindle and turning tool holder are independent. The turning spindle has a maximum speed of 1500 r/min, enabling high-speed and heavy-duty turning. 5) The milling spindle has a built-in motor with a maximum speed of 20000 r/min. 6) The milling spindle and rotary table have built-in forced cooling devices, ensuring stable precision. 7) The turning and milling machines share a 32-chain tool magazine, which is compact and reliable. 8) It features a built-in double-spiral chip conveyor and an external chain chip conveyor with a chip box. 9) The rotary control panel and handheld MPG holder make operation more convenient.
