BL20-HSY Product Introduction: The BL20-HSY is a high-speed, high-precision turning and milling center. Equipped with dual electric spindles, a twelve-position servo-driven tool post, and high-rigidity roller linear guides, it features Y-axis and dual C-axis functions, enabling turning and milling operations. It is particularly suitable for turning and milling operations where all or most processes can be completed in a single setup. Product Features: 1) It adopts a flat bed and slant saddle structure. The internal ribs are optimized using 3D design software, improving the rigidity and stability of large parts and the entire machine. The bed, saddle, and slide are made of high-strength cast iron, undergoing two aging treatments to eliminate stress, resulting in high strength and good shock absorption, effectively suppressing deformation and vibration caused by cutting forces. 2) The spindle box and sub-spindle box adopt an electric spindle structure, featuring high spindle speed, good rigidity, and fast dynamic response, improving the roundness and surface accuracy of the machined parts. The parallel dual-spindle structure allows for workpiece exchange at high speeds. Combined with a 12-position servo tool turret, it enables machining of all or most processes on a workpiece, significantly reducing clamping and machining time and improving efficiency. The dual C-axis function allows for workpiece indexing and surface interpolation on either spindle. 3) The X, Y, Z, and W guideways use linear roller guideways, resulting in low dynamic and static friction and rapid traverse speeds of 30/10/30/30 m/min in the X/Y/Z/W directions. 4) The machine tool features thermal error compensation, continuously monitoring overall temperature changes and intelligently correcting machining parameters to improve machining stability. 5) The tool turret uses an integrated BMT 12-position servo power turret, offering high rigidity, fast tool change speed, and high precision. 6) It features Y-axis and longitudinal/transverse milling functions, enabling simultaneous turning, milling, drilling, and tapping of workpiece outer diameters and end faces in a single setup. This avoids errors from multiple setups, ensuring workpiece accuracy, and is particularly advantageous for machining complex workpieces. 7) The roller guideways and ball screw pairs utilize centralized automatic thin oil lubrication. Each node is equipped with a quantitative oil distributor, ensuring timed and quantitative oil injection to each lubrication point. This guarantees uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces, effectively reducing frictional resistance, improving motion accuracy, and extending the service life of the ball screw pairs and guideways. 8) The machine tool's electrical unit cabinet has excellent sealing and is equipped with an air conditioner, ensuring normal operation of the CNC system in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. 9) The machine tool has a compact structure and a small footprint. 10) The machine tool adopts a new type of protective system that meets safety standards. It is aesthetically pleasing, fully enclosed, preventing coolant splashing, ensuring operational safety, and providing a pleasant appearance. Each guideway has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the machine tool, protecting the guideways and ball screws from wear and corrosion. 11) The chip conveyor has a large conveying capacity, low noise, and is equipped with an overload protection device, ensuring safe and reliable operation. It is suitable for various materials of chips and rolled chips. During processing, the iron chips fall directly onto the machine bed. The large inclined surface structure inside the machine bed allows the iron chips to slide smoothly onto the chain plate of the chip conveyor at the bottom of the machine tool. The chain plate is driven by a chip conveying motor, which transports the chips to the chip conveying carriage.
