SK50P(S) Product Introduction: The SK50P(S) series lathe is a simple CNC lathe with three-speed manual transmission. It is suitable for processing a variety of products in large batches for users in light industry, machinery, automotive, motorcycle, and other industries. Product Features: 1) It adopts a high-strength cast iron bed, which has high strength and good shock absorption; multiple aging treatments effectively suppress deformation and stress caused by cutting forces during machining. The guide rails are hardened by medium frequency quenching, precision grinding, plastic coating, and scraping processes, resulting in low frictional resistance and long-term precision retention. 2) The machine tool's spindle box is driven by gears, with three-speed transmission and stepless speed within each speed. The maximum output torque can reach 800 N·m, and the maximum spindle speed can reach 1620 r/min. 3) The X-axis uses synchronous belt pulley transmission, and the Z-axis uses a servo motor directly connected to a ball screw, which can achieve higher machining accuracy. 4) The guide rails and ball screw assemblies adopt centralized automatic thin oil lubrication, injecting oil into each lubrication point at regular intervals and in measured quantities to ensure uniform lubrication of all sliding surfaces, thus guaranteeing the service life of the ball screw assemblies and guide rails.
