Thor Granitos was founded in Brazil in 1986 with the proposition of extracting and manufacturing granite for both domestic and worldwide markets. Relying upon a strong and anthusiastic team of professionals, Thor Granitos quickly became the largest insdustrial exporter of granite in the Americas.

Thor Granitos has 28 quarries distributed throughout the states of Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Pernambuco and Paraiba, mining blocks and producing slabs, tiles, and custon-manufactured projects from materials such as the New Venetian Gold, Labrador, Santa Rita, Santa Cecilia, Venetian Ice, Bianco Romano & Centaurs, among others.

Thor Group is a pioneer and leader in the manufacture of special orders for architectural projects demanding a refined finish. While this specialized work demands extensive use of water, a vital resource, Thor Granitos is comitted to acting ethically and responsibly with the environment by strict adherence to its policy os socio-environmental preservation, working with reservoirs of rainwater, wich is thereafter recycled for the entire production process.
